01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any UROSECURE service — including UROGuard hardware, the UroCloud platform, SecureMe application, or USOP Passport — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

02.Services Description

• UROGUARD: AI-enabled entry console hardware installed at your premises for visitor identity capture and management.
• UroCloud: Cloud-based dashboard for real-time monitoring, reporting, and administration of entry data.
• SecureMe: Mobile application for host notifications, visitor approvals, and child pickup authorization.
• USOP Passport: Universal visitor identity system creating persistent digital profiles across registered organisations.
• AI Intelligence Layer: Behaviour analytics, anomaly detection, and security intelligence reporting.

03.Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are agreed at the time of onboarding and specified in your service agreement. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date. • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). • Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days notice. • Hardware (UROGUARD) may be purchased outright or provided under a rental arrangement as agreed.

04.Acceptable Use

• You may use UROSECURE only for lawful entry security and visitor management purposes.
• You must not use our services to discriminate against visitors based on race, religion, gender, or any protected characteristic.
• You must obtain appropriate consent from visitors before capturing their identity data at UROGUARD consoles.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with UROGuard hardware or UroCloud software.
• You must not use our AI intelligence data to harass, stalk, or unlawfully profile individuals.
• Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate service termination without refund.

05.Data Ownership

All visitor data collected at your premises belongs to your organisation. UROSECURE acts as a data processor on your behalf. You retain ownership and responsibility for the data. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.

06.Hardware Terms

• UROGUARD hardware remains the property of Europa Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. unless purchased outright.
• You are responsible for the physical security and proper use of hardware installed at your premises.
• Do not attempt to repair, modify, or open UROGUARD units — this voids warranty and support.
• Hardware damage caused by misuse, power surges, or physical damage is not covered under warranty.
• We will replace faulty units within 5 business days under our hardware warranty programme.

07.Limitation of Liability

UROSECURE provides a visitor management and entry intelligence platform. We are not a security agency and do not guarantee prevention of security incidents. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

08.Service Availability

We target 99.9% platform uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures. UROGUARD units function in offline mode during connectivity interruptions.

09.Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, hardware must be returned (if rented) and your data will be available for export for 30 days.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. For disputes under ₹10 lakhs, we encourage resolution through mediation before litigation.
